Strawberry Soup

A couple years back I tried cold rubarb soup. Everyone in the family liked it a lot. I had planned on trying other cold soups but never got a chance. Last year we visited Disney World and tried this strawberry soup. My daughter loves strawberries and even though the soup is very rich we decided we should try it at home at least once.

You can use a combination of fresh and frozen strawberries. I used fresh strawberries. My daughter loved. It is very filling and a little goes a long way.

You will need
10-12 fresh strawberries
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. yogurt

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.
